Creation ISAs per functions per services provider and service receiver and tracking, follow process to assure the succes (List, provider, Expire date, Currency,follow to be signed)2.-Process invoices through SAP D35 box. Upload BATCH to the system, post the amounts and send the invoice to the customer. Follow status 51: Download a report from YDR3 SAP 35 box, identify all OrgIDs and send a request with the right posting information to CF R India (if it's CAM), or CF R Northamerica (Canada and USA).3.-Cost allocation using SAP D35 box. Upload BATCH and post.4.- This report is to register all invoices and allocations that have been processed during a period. Review electronic Bill and tracker billing: Review the electronic bill in EBS Portal5.- Monthly Analysis of Billing from 4482 to 5567, personnel expenses to Operative ARE. Ensure that every GICCs has its transaction type in 5567. Review accounts:  6941*, 6944*, and 66811100.6.-Billing and allocation tracker vs cockpit7.- Review of Accounts 619* Monitoring bookings are done in order to respect the definition and follow up items to be reclass if applicable8.- Two reports are received from CF R India, we are in charge of giving comment on discrepancies found for CIE, SFS and TRE for 5567, 5566, 4482 and 5564 Mexico companies.9.- Download report from SAP Accounts 6* and compare it with ESPRIT information sent by India colleagues. If necessary we need to ask for changes (Information provided by BA). Upload FC into ESPRIT V810.- Receive ITL, create a summary spreadsheet of the delegates, create the BATCH, process billing, clear 48130305 and 27881010 account, and send a confirmation e-mail to the respective controllers11.- Receive subcontractors databases from PAE by BU, create a single spreadsheet for subcontractors, review KE5Z to check if the invoices has been processed, once processed, do the respective allocation. 12 .- Different spendings that a country received from tresaury must be reallocated to a Global structure. All range of account 6* must be reclassified.13.- A spreadsheet is received from Payroll Team, we create Headcount report based on that spreadsheet. CHCM report is then shared with Mexico.14.- Create Controlling Structure report based on four SAP reports, in order to have the most updated information of Cost Center, Profit Center, and GCC.
