Enterprise Operations Enablement Business Intelligence is high performing team focused on data, data visualization and data science supporting Humana's Service Operations. The team is focused on converting data to actionable insights for our business partners who can utilize to reduce administrative cost and improve the customer's experience.
Responsibilities
Humana is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer 2 to support our Enterprise Operations Enablement data visualization team. In this role, you will be supporting the Contact Center, IVR, and other enterprise operational teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and gather requirements from stakeholders then convert them into reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
Leverage capabilities in BI technology such as drill-through functionality, KPI and scorecard reporting.
Prepare advanced visualizations including mapping and geospatial analysis as well as other capabilities as they arise.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years relevant work experience and/or training in data analysis or data visualization
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Microsoft Office Applications
Understanding of Data Visualization principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
1 or more years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL and/or other data systems
Professional certifications in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, or similar
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
