The Senior Value-Based Programs Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Value-Based Financial Analyst advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.


Produces financial and other reports to support the administration of our Commercial Value-Based contracts
Collaborates with Commercial Innovation team to support the development of new value-based models through data analysis
Captures, analyzes and manages data from a variety of sources
Supports the assessment of our value-based providers through ad hoc requests


Required Qualifications


3 years data analysis experience
2 years working with SAS and/or SQL platforms
Ability to effectively collaborate across internal departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think 'outside the box'
Ability to identify issues and provide resolutions quickly
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Finance and/or related field
Experience with multiple lines of business (especially the Commercial segment)
Healthcare and/or managed care experience, preferably with a value-based care focus
Experience leading and managing mid-scale projects
Sense of humor


Additional Information

Work at Home/Remote Requirements Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance is required.
