What Youll Do
You will be the APJC Finance Manager for Global Virtual Sales & Engineering (GVSE) and serve as the FP&A lead and finance business partner to APJC senior sales leadership
Support and influence GTM initiatives and provide data driven financial analyses to inform strategic decisions as trusted advisor to the sales leadership team
Drive Product, Services and Subscription bookings forecasting, reporting and analysis, and present forward looking business insights by theatre, segment, tier, BE and risk/opportunity recommendations.
Lead forecasting and reporting cadence for recurring software and services and develop deep insights of key drivers for expansion, renewal and annual/multi-year performance
Support annual planning and semi-annual goaling for Virtual Sales Account Managers and Partner Account Managers
Drive P&L management, HC and Opex forecasting, resource allocation, investment modeling, variance analysis, compensation assurance and policy compliance
Drive finance operation innovations, process/operational improvements, reporting automation and other efficiencies
Lead, mentor and develop Sr. Finance Analyst on the team

Youll be working with senior sales executives, strategy and planning, field FP&A, theatre controllers and other cross functional partners who are passionate about driving growth and making lasting impact to Ciscos business. This is a highly visible role within WW Sales & Services FP&A supporting GVSE APJC.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (MBA a plus)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Experience working with senior management and ability to inspire and challenge
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
Proven track record in quantitative modeling, analysis and reasoning skills with the ability to grasp and apply complex concepts
High attention to detail and work well under time pressure in a fast paced environment
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Business Objects, Salesforce, Tableau, and extensive experience extracting, manipulating and analyzing large data sets
