Leading Chicago based financial services firm has all new opportunity for multi-talented Business Systems Analyst to join rapidly expanding department. Company seeks experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of business analysis expertise with a strong background in financial services. Diverse duties include the documentation of business requirements, create functional specifications, gather/analyze/document business requirements, support the development of internal workflow designs, develop metrics, assist in the development of transactional requirements and data requirements, assist in the testing of products, evaluate/ plan and implement improvements etc. Must have a solid understanding of IT systems development methodologies. 3 to 6 years of financial services experience required with knowledge of Equity trading platforms a plus. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and any exposure to C desired. BS degree needed.
