Description
The Cognitive/Machine Learning Lead UI leverages large sets of structured and unstructured data to develop tactical and strategic insights. The Cognitive/Machine Learning Lead UI works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This position may lead a small team of Cognitive / Machine Learning professionals developing solutions to NLP, AI, and Data Science problems.

The Cognitive/Machine Learning Lead UI collaborates with analytic and data teams to set objectives, approaches, and work plans. This position may manage a team of associates developing solutions to NLP/AI problems faced by business teams. Lead development of Web UI that is leveraging NLP, AI, and Machine Learning. Researches and evaluates new methodologies, approaches, and solutions.. Interprets and communicates analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and executive decision makers. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often healthcare segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics and/or related field
8 or more years of professional experience leveraging large sets of structured and unstructured data to develop tactical and strategic insights
Familiar with Web UI frameworks, architectures, technologies, like MEAN or MERN stack.
JavaScript experience
Cloud experience. Azure preferred.
Experience interpreting and communicating analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and executive decision makers
Clear oral and written communication skills
Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and is also able to lead individual contributors
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
.NET experience helpful
Kubernetes
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience managing a small team developing software
Experience performing data management, mining, and manipulation along with analytics

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
