Stores, Inc. team as a Sr. Coordinator, POS Reconciliation! r rPosition Summary:r rThis position is responsible for reconciling bank accounts for all tender types on both a daily and monthly basis. Effective use of ReconNet and various other systems (POS) to solve issues and provide reports. Research and resolve discrepancies by communicating with stores, banks and other departments associated with investigatory work. Investigate and fight chargebacks with compelling evidence. Assist with month end close.r rMajor Duties and Responsibilities:r rrrPrepares and reconciles the bank accounts for all tender types on both daily and monthly basis.r rInvestigate the variances between bank and POS in a timely and accurate manner by communicating with stores, banks and other departments associated with investigatory work.r rInvestigate and fight chargebacks with compelling evidence.r rEffective use of ReconNet system and various other (POS) system to solve issues and create necessary reports (including Over/Short reports) to aid other departments and discuss ways to reduce Over/Short and Chargeback.r rWorrk collaboratively with all departments to assist Finance to meet its Financial Month End closing timeline.r rPrepare necessary journal entries, work papers and maintain SOX compliance in all job functions.r rRespond promptly and correctly to inquiries from internal and external auditors and update instruction manual where necessary.r rrrEducation: High school diploma required u2013 Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred r rExperience: 1-3 Years r rSkills and Abilities:r rrrAnalytical skillsr rExcel experience requiredr rWorks independently; needs minimal guidancer rrrIf youu2026r ru2026are excited to deliver great values to customers every day;r ru2026take a sense of pride and ownership in helping drive positive results for a team;r ru2026are committed to treating colleagues and customers with respect;r ru2026believe in the power of diversity and inclusion;r ru2026want to participate in initiatives that positively impact the world around you;r rCome join our team.
