Establish and maintain a risk identification and management framework to help prevent and assess risks, as well as enable informed decision making;
Ensure processes and procedures required for the IMS are in place, implemented and maintained;
Provide reporting and continuous improvement feedback on such processes and procedures as well as suggest and follow tracking indicators to ensure the effectiveness of their application;
Train employees and build a culture of awareness relative to the SMI including an awareness of the impact of stakeholders, regulations, public authorities on such internal process;
Implement and maintain a compliant document management policy;
Implement tools to maintain and enhance such IMS, ensure its efficiency and continuously improve it through internal audits, management of non-compliance and corrective/preventative measures.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Risk Management, Business, Business Administration, Finance or related field. Risk certification a bonus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or quality control implementation.
Proven experience implementing or enhancing existing processes, writing and documenting procedures, working effectively with business teams and various stakeholders.
