Profile

The RoleParticipate in the activities required to analyze various key financial metrics for internal as well as external reporting requirements. The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing timely and accurate reporting & analysis for key internal stakeholders and leaders across the business. The role will have the opportunity to collaborate with members of Finance, Sales Operations, Information Systems, and Human Resources, and other teams. This role reports to a Director of FP&A and will be a part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data and insights is encouraged! This position will be located in our Mexico City office.Your Impact - Work with FP&A business partners to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership.- Manage headcount and expense budget processes to ensure alignment with strategy and goals.- Construct analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business.- Build and generate analysis for executive dashboards from a variety of data sources, including: ERP system modules, Business Intelligence reporting system and Customer Relationship Management platform.- Establish and accurately maintain key corporate performance metrics.- Create and continuously improve monthly and quarterly reports.- Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned.What You'll Need - Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline required- MS Office computer skills are required, specifically Excel (pivot tables) & PowerPoint- Ability to quickly extract, organize, and analyze financial data from a variety of sources and identify outliers- Solid analytical and quantitative skills- 0 to 2 years of experience; Recent graduates with financial and business courses will be considered- Able to handle multiple projects and priorities- Strong communication skills- Commitment to personal development and ability to grow into more senior finance roles
