The Senior Channel Development Professional serves as an Account Manager for the OTC partner, defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Senior Channel Development Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Channel Development Professional, as the OTC Account Manager, develops key performance indicators to drive program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive offerings. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
2 - 4 years experience managing large to midscale projects
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy and/or OTC experience
Account Management experience
