As a Senior Finance Analyst you will support profitable growth of Duo Security, a 2Bn SaaS acquisition within the Security Business Group (SBG). You willplay an integral role in initiatives that drive the company's transformation to SaaS. This role is a critical business partner across the entire organization, requiring a mix of deep analysis, process optimization, and business operational support.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eResponsibilities Include:u003c/strongu003eu003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003culu003enu003cliu003e Own SaaS Booking and Revenue forecasting and reporting u003c/liu003enu003cliu003e Drive the current quarter, 5 quarter, and Annual Plan for Bookings and Revenue u003c/liu003enu003cliu003e Collaborate with Renewals leadership on Available to Renew and Gross Retention Rate forecasts to derive Renewals forecasts u003c/liu003enu003cliu003e Work with Duo IT to simplify and automate reporting and forecasting processes including Booking u0026amp; Revenue forecasts, Legacy ERP Bookings and Revenue uploads to EDW, Multi-Year Annuity Bookings release schedule, and Unbilled u0026amp; Deferred Revenue forecasts u003c/liu003enu003cliu003e Partner with Product Management, Renewals and Sales Leadership in the GPL implementation process. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
