This will include working with intramural and extramural research groups to establish collaborative and service projects; all co- investigators; and provide oversight of those being trained in the HMTRC. One of the key responsibilities of this center program manager is the management of the Center website to facilitate smooth communication with individual projects and the research community, to provide training opportunities, to disseminate new technology resource on this ground-breaking research now moving from preclinical to translational research. With the center’s focus now moving to translational clinical research, this individual will need to have strong research, project management skills and analytical skills to allow professional and high-level managing of intra- and extramural research interactions to facilitate collaboration in this ground-breaking research. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAdditional responsibilities include project management, complex website management, complex day-to-day operational and research management to assist center director and program officer in tracking NIH scientific reporting goals are met, organize and coordinate intra- and extramural research meetings, special projects and events sponsored by the HMTRC for the Center Director, all center investigators, Research Center Program Officer including the center’s annual two-day international hands-on workshop involving over 150 participants.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe Program Manager will be responsible for the programmatic needs of the HMTRC and related projects.
