Collections Analyst
Pay Rate Range: $21 - $25 / hour
*Pay rate up to $25 / hour based on applicants' experience
Location – North/Central Austin, TX (Remote Flexibility)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform high volume billing/collections analysis for 200-250 enterprise accounts
Effectively communicate with customers on invoices and possible corrections/additions/changes to their contracts – make appropriate changes as needed
Contact customers via phone or email to determine payment status and/or negotiate payment terms
Maintain account reporting via Excel
Demonstrate a research and analytical mindset – drive to uncover and resolve customer issues
Apply organization skills and ability to handle shifting priorities people
Maintain effective communication and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements:
2 years' billing/collections experience for enterprise accounts ($1m-$2m customer accounts)
Assertive and effective customer communication and escalation
Analytical mindset and ability to quickly shift priorities for business needs
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using NetSuite is highly preferred
