The Business Intelligence Lead will provide the Retail Digital Shopping Team data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for developing datasets, tools, analyses and data visualization to inform the Retail Digital Shopping product strategy and roadmaps.

The Business Intelligence Lead will provide the Retail Digital Shopping Team data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for developing datasets, tools, analyses and data visualization to inform the Retail Digital Shopping product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Candidates should be able to collect, integrate, analyze, and present the enterprise's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable feedback on the customer experience, through:


Identifying new value creation opportunities for the customer and business through understanding key pain points, experience & retention outcomes, and funnel drop-off metrics
Defining key metrics for business reporting, establishing baselines, recommending goals, measuring the progress towards those goals driven by key initiatives, and converting to budget impact
Working to build new data products (including e.g. through Power BI) in support of various product managers
Partnering with CX insights team to understand and establish links between perception metrics and leading operational/experience measures


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
6 years of technical data experience in data analysis
Advanced experience working with big, complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics
Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership


Preferred Qualifications


Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Experience in customer research and analytics techniques, customer strategy, process improvement and performance management
Experience with tools such as Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling


Additional Information:

This role can be located Remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Vaccine Policy:

Work-At-Home Requirements:


WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
