The Billing Analyst prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions. The Billing Analyst performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. Address various billing concerns for customer accounts. Assist in the preparation of monthly customer invoices. We are excited to have you join the Enclara team, a Humana company.

Responsibilities

The Billing Analyst prepares and reviews client invoices. Maintains and reconciles hospice census and reports. Reconciles and edits monthly census and patient records. Prepares analyses and reconciliations of census. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance.

Required Qualifications


1 - 3 years of finance experience
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, solve problems
Strong proficiency with Excel to include V-lookups, Pivots, etc
General proficiency with MS Office
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
Experience completing financial analysis and reporting


Additional Information

Three Pkwy, Philly, PA, Hybrid Home - must live within a commutable distance to the office location.

Humana COVID Vaccination Policy:

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
