SUMMARY:

The Finance and Accounting Intern role is an entry-level position in the Ingredient Solutions Group that will be participating in various activities that can include monthly close, reporting, forecasting, annual budgets (AOP), industry research, and ad hoc requests with other development opportunities. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance & Accounting teams and with cross-functional partners.

This is a year-round paid internship located at our Springdale office.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Finance or Accounting major

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Special Skills: Must have a desire to learn and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams.

Supervisory: N/A

Travel: N/A

Position-Specific Requirements: This internship is a year-round role where candidates are expected to work part-time (20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer. This is a year-round paid internship located at our Springdale, Arkansas World Headquarters.
