The new hire will be responsible for managing the Bank's monthly forecasting and budgeting process, managing bank expenses, and Bank Board & Regulatory reporting.
The new hire will support Omnichannel FP&A and be responsible for forecasting, planning, and expense management for Bank's Omnichannel organization (Contact Center, Digital, Physical Channel, and supporting functions). In addition, the new hire will be responsible for managing IT budgets, particularly new project development. The ideal new hire will have experience with business case management principals and how to apply business cases to optimize technology spend.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develops financial forecasts/plans for a major business area or expense category; with little or no supervision, develops and implements forecasting/planning process, and model improvement initiatives.
Independently prepares recurring or ad hoc financial reports and analysis or cost benefit analysis to support and provide insights for internal and external management decision-making.
With little or no supervision, delivers moderately complex to complex financial research and value-added business decision support, and recommends or implements solutions to key financial and operational opportunities.
Responsible for product assignments, product pricing, product profitability and ad hoc analysis.
Acts as a valued business partner by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.
Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of the business, its products and processes to resolve issues and navigate obstacles to deliver work product.
Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline OR Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline: 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
If Bachelor's, 4 years of related experience and accountability for complex tasks and/or projects required OR If Master's, 2 years of financial/accounting analysis or related work experience OR If 1 year of progress towards an advanced financial degree or completion of 2 exams towards the CFA designation, 2 years of financial/accounting analysis or related work experience.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with financial processes including month-end close, budgeting & forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
In depth understanding of workforce planning and expense management concepts. Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders in effectively managing large operating budgets.
Experience utilizing platforms such as Tableau, Business Objects, Essbase, and Hyperion Planning to forecast and report operating results.
Previous experience managing IT budgets, particularly new project development. Understanding of business case management principals and how to apply business cases to optimize Technology spend.
Understanding of financial metrics such as IRR, ROE, hurdle rate, and NPV to evaluate business cases and financial performance.

Compensation:

66,300-119,000
