The Senior Financial Analyst Mondelēz Supply Chain, External Manufacturing will support the North America Region with the tracking, analysis and reporting of the price variances and materials usage to enable the visibility to risk manage the North American P&L. Strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical skills as well as good communication skills and assertiveness are key to be successful in this role. This position provides the candidate with opportunities to lead and execute assigned project tasks, while working in a team environment and interacting with multiple functions across the organization.
In this role you will:
Consolidate and analyze of all the price variances for raw and packing materials within North America External Manufacturing (EM)
Coordinate and manage inventories at external manufacturing suppliers
Be responsible for the capital assets at our external manufacturers
Link between the local procurement team and the NA management team
Provide risks, opportunities to options to mitigate variances to the P&L
Consolidate submission of monthly reporting and support the monthly closing activities
Help ensure the overall completeness and accuracy of our financial statements in NA
Assist with tracking KPIs/Scorecard, the base business cost, and communicating changes to latest plans
Complies with Sarbanes Oxley corporate requirements
Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned
What you will bring

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required, CPA preferred
3 or more years of finance experience is required
Strong Excel skills and technical skills are required
System skills such as SAP and BI
Need to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of data
Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges
Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skills
Self-motivated, confident, results oriented, strong financial acumen
Ability to influence without authority, collaborate and interact with all levels
Strong ability to develop reporting packages in Power Point and Excel

Exceptional communication skills
Commercial acumen
Must be able to travel 20%
