Position Summary
To help achieve our vision and mission, we are staffing a progressive Financial Planning & Analysis team whose focus is developing core competencies in the areas of FP&A, Decision Support, and Strategy Execution. The Manager, FP&A - Consumer Marketing will be a key member of our team supporting our Global Omni Channel, Communications, and Global and North America Marketing functions. All key components of our corporate strategic plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support SVPs of Global Brand, Corporate Communications, and Omni Channel in driving the financial plan across a variety of cross-functional disciplines
Create and maintain short and long-term financial models to assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly financial updates to the company, providing decision support and strategic analysis
Forecast and manage costs for a variety of areas across the marketing business, including Global and Regional Marketing, Corporate Communications, Omni-Channel
Lead consolidation efforts for key financial deliverables including: Forecasting, Board of Directors, ELT Share-outs, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad hoc projects
Provide financial support in assisting in business case creation of capital investments, using key metrics like ROI, NPV, and IRR
Partner with cross-functional business partners to align financial plans to long-term strategy by coordinating marketing plans across all markets

Quantify the financial impact of risks & opportunities and develop action plans to mitigate risks and realize opportunities
Execute financial rhythm of month-end close and prepare journal entries to support the close process
Build and maintain strong relationships and connections between our FP&A team, regional FP&A team, and the supported business units
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Strong track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings concisely
Critical thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal, skills
Self-starter; ability to be productive with limited oversight
Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teammates at all levels
Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects with high levels of complexity
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, analyze results, and make actionable recommendations
Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to challenging the status quo to make things better
Ability to work independently and identify information and/or resources needed to complete assignments
Ability to lead a team of at least two (2) direct reports
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A
Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of direct reports
Advanced knowledge in Excel including, but not limited to: financial modeling, business case creation, scenario & sensitivity analysis
Other Requirements
Location: This role is fully remote
Preferably has or is working on a Master’s degree
SAP/BPC/IBPf experience preferred
Anaplan experience preferred
Consumer Products or Retail industry experience, or high-growth environment experience, preferred
