Job Summary

Analyze Effectv's financial reporting process, including preparation of consolidated financial statements. Responsible for developing and maintaining organization-wide reporting, tools, and workflows in support of informed business decision making. Provide financial storytelling by using financial data and insights to build a narrative around financial performance. Leverage modern technologies to automate and streamline reporting workflows and delivery mechanisms.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.

Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.

Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.

Maintains statistical/financial databases.

Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for internal and external reporting, planning and processes.

Create, maintain, and improve financial reporting and workflows including publication, automation, data accuracy and interdepartmentalalignment.

Analyzes financial data, trends, and creates financial reports for decision making support.

Provide innovative ideas for financial reporting and workflow projects, such as implementation of changes in accounting standards.

Partners withEffectv Finance teams on aligning finance-oriented processes andsupports overall reporting and financial planning needs of the business.

Perform and prioritize day-to-day tasks and identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular,consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.
