Profile

Family-focused and stable regional bank in the area is confidentially looking to add another member to their banking family. Specifically, they are seeking a commercial loan officer to be a valuable member to the team. This opportunity would be great for a community-minded individual that appreciates the flexibility and excellent culture this bank provides!
Responsibilities Include:
Working with the banking and operations staff and executive management team in building and maintaining relationships with customers
Soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of loans in compliance with the bank's lending policies and procedures.
Participating/being active in community events, being the face of the bank.
Requirements:
3 years' prior commercial lending experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting
Strong communication and organizational skills
