Our PE-backed software company is adding to their FP&A team and looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own the full P&L for one of their business units. The ideal candidate has executive presence with experience from a fast-growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help optimize tools, refine processes, and build out the team.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis for an entire BU
Drive business decisions through thoughtful analysis and communicate financial and operational metrics to key business partners.
Partner with sales on pricing strategy
Own system requirements and enhance utilization of current planning tools
Develop & maintain KPIs
Requirements: 6 years of relevant experience
Experience within a mid-size company
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
