The Pelvic Health & Gastric Therapies Business is the market leader in advanced treatment of incontinence-related conditions with sacral neuromodulation and percutaneous tibial neuromodulation systems.
The Senior Strategy Associate will work with Pelvic Healths Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to help develop high-impact business strategies that support market growth and share capture in this increasingly dynamic market.

This role is open to remote within the United States.
**A Day in the Life**
Develops long-range objectives and strategic plans for Pelvic Health by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability
Monitors the environment for business opportunities, maintains surveillance over market, and performs rigorous strategic and financial analysis of organic and inorganic growth opportunities
May identify and prepare acquisition proposals, recommend financial and nonfinancial strategic objectives and alternatives, and implement and maintain strategic and operational plans
Develops and monitors profitability, productivity, and growth targets.
Develop financial analysis & materials for business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures, and financial analysis
Collaborate across global and domestic departments within the business to lead and support special projects & other strategic initiatives
Supports and develops the business's strategic plan(s) as an important cross-functional liaison to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability
Travel approximately 25%
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Bachelors Degree with 4 years of cross-functional experience in finance, marketing analytics, management consulting, or other roles focused on data-driven analysis and execution (Advanced Degree with 2 years)
