As a Business Project Manager
you will work
to develop, create, evolve, and sustain key end-to-end processes and tools to support

This role will be responsible for leading key workstreams with impacted parties and thought leaders including facilitation, conflict resolution, design, documentation, and implementation.
Duties will include developing and maintaining project plans, writing business requirements and use cases, participating in user acceptance testing, and working cross functionally with multiple business areas.
This position must exhibit the ability and credibility to influence cross-functional business leaders in managing the operational changes, issues, risks, and operational results
What will you do?
Project Management
Document business requirements and ensure business objectives are met.
Help define project scope, goals, and track deliverables
Ensures technology, process, people, and sustainability are integrated and accounted for with planning and execution.
Identifies gaps that could impact customer experience and engagement and proactively develops and executes plans to address these gaps.
Ensure testing is adequately completed to minimize defects when new code is deployed.
Escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties. Provide contingency plans as appropriate.
Provides communications and documentation of project status
Coordinate plans with various 3

party vendors in a constructive and effective manner.
Capability Design and Development
Partner with stakeholders in implementing business capabilities roadmap and change management across partners.
Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities through process improvement, systems enhancement, and user training
Works cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify needs and prioritize initiatives.
Manages and/or creates process plans for key initiatives. Considers required inputs, outputs, and interdependencies.
Work with technical and business teams to evaluate potential solutions.
Initiate IT project requests and work with IT team to define high-level business requirements.
Operations / Process Development
Understand, maintain, support current tools and processes
Partner cross-functionally to address issues and enhancements and own the resolution and communication back to all affected parties
Maintain knowledge repository of capability and operational process documentation
Strong Analytic and Assessment capabilities to synthesize points of view, recognize patterns, prioritize focus areas and potential efficiency improvements. Advanced ability to connect seemingly disparate pieces of information and apply to business goals.
Creates customer experience flows & operational business processes and builds the operational plans to implement desired
state
Leadership/ Strategic Planning
Navigates across the organization, strong comprehension of organizational design. Advance ability to manage and resolve conflict.
Prepares both formal and informal updates and presentations for enterprise and leadership audiences to develop partnerships and engagement in process
Strategically considers next steps, adjacencies, integration points and impacts across
channels, including operational tactics
Communication/ Relationship Management
Written and verbal communication to
onboard key stakeholders, report progress, raise key issues, provide recommendations, and gain approvals
Facilitates process working sessions, stakeholder interviews, and trainings to support process design, understanding and adoption
Leads teams to make smart decisions to deliver the greatest degree of efficiency
Basic Requirements (You must meet or exceed all basic requirements to be eligible):

in an operational role supporting systems and processes
4 Years
Proven working experience as a project
manager
