Location: US – Detroit or PhiladelphianAs the Siemens Commercial Finance (COF) Key Account Manager for Software Financing in the US, you will primarily support our relationship with Siemens DI SW (Digital Industries Software) and drive growth into software financing in general.nYou will have the responsibility to develop, manage and support Siemens DI Software success in their markets by performing key account management task related to Software Financing support. You are responsible to define, own and meet set targets and KPIs.nTo succeed in the role, you will manage a vast amount of stakeholder relationships, perform and develop a robust and sustainable pipeline and drive personal proactive management of specific major deal opportunities from origination to funding. You will establish strong and positive relationships ensuring decision making, execution and problem solving. The role will be within a team that is tasked to enabling new ways of doing business and driving business towards Siemens and other customers.nResponsibilities:nnDevelop, manage and support Siemens DI Software to drive sustainable account management and development and drive new business growth and finance penetration in relation to DI Software.nBe a “go-to-person” for the DI Software’s business and sales teams by develop strong relationships ensuring joint strategic planning, decision making and problem solving.nIdentify new pipeline and support selective customers (existing and new) to lead and drive software financing program ideas which should result in profitable new business volume.nThe execution of key account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.nDrive activities needed to increase DI Software knowledge within COF as well as the COF knowledge and understanding, especially in sales and risk functions within DI Software, to ensure financing is used as a competitive advantage.nGuide business development efforts within specific key accounts and/or markets, developing sponsorship with key decision-makers and influencers.nProvide effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes and displays thought leadership in applying principles, theories and concepts with discipline, structure and rigor.nCommand exemplary credibility based on in depth expertise of the Software markets and products, be a convincing innovator inspiring other both within Siemens DI Software and Siemens Commercial Finance.nnRequirements:nnProven track record of successful sales achievements within Software Financing in the USnBS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.nDetailed knowledge of key customer types or customers in Software financial solutions.n5-10 years industry-specific account management experience, in-depth knowledge of Software markets and products, e.g. perpetual and software as a service type financingnDemonstrate consistently achieving targets through people leadership, coaching and sales management techniques, pipeline managementnDemonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's products, services & business practices, as well as issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.nBe comfortable working with Senior Executives in the Siemens DI Software and SFS departmentsnBe an excellent and charismatic communicator and presenter, have energy, drive, passion, vision, enthusiasm and being a self-starter that can make things happennProactive product development from initiation to successful implementation and launchn#LI-AMSOrganization: Financial ServicesCompany: Siemens Financial Services, Inc.Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalJob Type: Full-timeEqual Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
