The New Grad Program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students who have recently graduated from college/university to join our team as an entry-level Financial Analyst. Job Description

Bring a curious and analytical mindset

Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Bring knowledge of databases and report development tools (Preferred, not required)
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
Graduation date between November 2022 and May 2023
Graduating with a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university (preferably with a Finance focus) 
Authorized to work in the United States of America 
Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, cable, and media industries 
Ability to work independently and in group settings 
Ability to report to assigned Colorado office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position 
Must have internet access to perform work virtually 
Core Responsibilities
Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
Maintains statistical/financial databases.
Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Starting base salary is $60,000 annually and includes a competitive total rewards package. Relocation is not available for this role.

Salary:
Pay Range: $57,599.15 - $86,398.73

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
