The Primary Care Organization (PCO), is looking for high potential candidates who are looking to accelerate their career development and contribute to driving disruption in the health care industry. The PCO provides primary care medical group practice with centers open or opening in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. The PCO has a strong emphasis on senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality primary care combined with an excellent patient experience.

Role Overview:

As part of our long-term strategic planning efforts, we are hiring a Strategy Advisor, to focus on strategy formulation and development for the medium term and long-term, with a lens on viable growth options, emerging business models and shifts in industry landscapes.

We are seeking an Advisor who will help drive strategy formulation and development for the PCO. We are a growth-driven organization, poised for continued success. This role plays and important part in shaping where we'll play and how we'll continue to win in the future.

Key responsibilities include:


Drive strategy development and formulation efforts as part of the PCO's strategy team.
Translate external and internal insights into prioritized high value opportunities and subsequently into corporate and business strategies
Define, identify and develop business opportunities that will enhance continued profitable growth in alignment with the company's overall corporate strategy
Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and identify insights
Be trusted advisor to leaders in identifying emerging issues & growth opportunities (new customers, new categories, new channels)
Support thought leadership to business partners and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics
Manage and lead work streams for high-profile, high-impact strategy projects, including developing an approach and delivering recommendations/final deliverables
Develop hypothesis and validate/refine through targeted research and analysis
Creating high quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues, and challenges, and articulate insightful findings and recommendations
Working collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, engineering, business, economics, or technically focused undergraduate major
A minimum of three years of full-time work experience with a top tier strategy consulting firm
Demonstrated ability to manage work streams and analysis within strategy consulting engagements
Highly collaborative, flexible, team oriented working style
Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders
Structured and logical thinking; ability to identify and assess business problems and then develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, including ability to move through ambiguity to deliver creative, well-designed solutions
Intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness; ready to question existing realities and create transformation solutions


Preferred Qualifications


Master in Business Administration preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the managed care or provider sector
