We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!Your Role:Tenable is seeking a Payroll Specialist who is a self-starter, able to take charge, resourceful, able to think quickly, hit the ground running and handle multiple tasks and/or projects. This individual must be detail-oriented, accurate, have strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and must have experience with ADP and other payroll systems. Your Opportunity:Process US payroll through ADP Workforce Now, and process payroll for Canada and Latin America using TMF HorizonResponsibility for initial review of hourly employee time records and salaried employee pay rate changes and adjustments as well as ensuring proper entry of deductions, withholdings and stock compensation transactionsReview and reconciliation of payrolls, process journal entries, assist employees with payroll questions, resolve and work with payroll services related to any payroll issues, and prepare periodic reports for management and other internal teams as neededMay perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to timeWhat You'll Need:Must have 1 year(s) payroll processing experience with ADP or other online payroll service systems with a multi-state employee base in excess of 1,000 employees as well as advanced working knowledge of Microsoft and Google tools.Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidentialPositive attitude and ability to interact well with others, ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of timeManage calendar effectively and adjust as priorities adjust, ensuring timely completion of tasks assignedAnd Ideally:Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus but not requiredBachelor’s degree (major in Accounting or Finance a plus)Experience in processing International payrollsIf you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it! Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
