Workforce Activity Data Utility - Testing Program - Associate','200030537','!*!The Workforce Activity Data Utility (‘WADU’) sits within the Chief Administration Office (‘CAO’) Strategic Initiatives organization. CSI includes a portfolio of cross-LOB initiatives supporting the Global Operations agenda of the Firm. WADU sits at the forefront of data driven decision making and is focused on building out a new firm-wide capability that unlocks the potential of our Workforce Activity data to enhance our strategic and investment decisions. Within WADU, the Controls and Testing Team is responsible for ensuring that access and use of WADU data is controlled and consistent with JPMC policy and applicable regulations as well as testing to ensure that new releases are functional and appropriately controlled. The WADU Controls and Testing Team is seeking an energetic and driven Senior Associate to join the team in Plano, TX and take on the exciting challenge of building out and executing the testing function as a Testing Program Senior Associate. Responsibilities could include:Understand JPMC policy and controls frameworks around workforce data use and ensuring that WADU functionally adheres to those controlsTest all new releases of the WADU applicationImplement an automated testing capability to systematically test WADU functionality on a routine basisHelp identify root causes of issues identified during testingProduce testing reports to understand lessons learnedPartner with the rest of the WADU team to help solve issues identified in testingDevelop testing for new features in the product pipeline as necessaryContinuously improve the WADU testing program','!*!Requirements:4-7 years of related professional experience2-3 years’ experience with automated application testing2-3 years’ experience working with data and databasesExperience with data and analytics tools such as SQL, Abacus/Abex, Toad, Hue, Alteryx, Qlik and ExcelSelf-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables.Flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit – able to handle lots of change in a fast paced work environmentA passion for data and technology.Ability to structure and scope complex problems; team-oriented nature with clear ownership mentality.Strong problem solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution.Strong inter-personal skills with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders including technology partners, other controls organizations, and legal.Excellent oral and written executive-level communication and presentation skills.Effective organizational and project management skills.Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels; confidence in communicating with management.
