WHAT YOU WILL BRING


Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

MBA or advanced degree preferred

3 years’ experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning, and annual budgeting. Ideally, 1-2 years of experience supporting Digital Commerce or other fast-growth business

Passionate about working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, along with the enthusiasm and energy to help craft the future of Digital Commerce at Nike

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to wide and diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership

Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Results-oriented, high-energy self-starter with the ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment

Balance multiple, results-oriented priorities and maintain strong organizational skills

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Ops & OOH to join the North America Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Finance team. This highly visible role within Nike requires phenomenal understanding of the Digital Commerce Business and various operational levers. You’ll partner and form relationships with functional business leaders as well as finance leadership to drive efficiency and sustainable profitability. This role will report to Finance Director, Business Planning in NA NDDC.
