Job Description:

Team Manager Credit -Trading&Supply Receivables is a leadership position in the Credit organization focused on timely collection of receivables and executing debt recovery proceedings, for Commercial Products in Europe and Gas & Power in Italy and Spain. The Team Manager will have an opportunity to deliver through teams and interact with key finance/business stakeholders and also, be a part of the FO T&S Credit Extended leadership team.

Main responsibilities:


Leading a team of up to 9 analysts and specialists, including development, performance appraisal, workload management, and support in daily operational matters.
Delivery of business goals through adequate risk management enabled by effective process execution (Overdue <3%).
Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Credit team onshore, Sales, and Customer Operations.
Pursuing improvement initiatives aimed to deliver a simpler and more sustainable credit process.
Driving capability build and people development agenda.


Experience & Qualifications required:


Excellent English skills.
Degree/qualifications in Accounting/Business preferred; a professional degree required.
3 years minimum work experience in various financial/accounting positions, supervisory experience appreciated.
Proven Leadership skills.
Knowledge of the Credit Management process will be an asset.
Good knowledge of controls framework.
Ability to work under high pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
