Aon Is Searching for a Health Solutions Innovation Team Assistant Vice President As part of an industry-leading team, you will help clients make better decisions by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solution Consulting business group within Aon. As a Health Solutions Assistant Vice President, you will report directly to a Senior Vice President on the Innovation Team. Your Impact as a Health Solutions Assistant Vice President Innovation Team Job Responsibilities: 70-80% of timeUnderstand emerging market trends in health care that impact our clients.Evaluate key capabilities and outcomes of solutions in key topic areas to identify those that our consultants and clients should consider.Create education materials and consulting collateral on key topic areas and participate in and/or lead training of our field consultants.Identify potential solutions that the Innovation Team should consider developing.Participate in and/or lead solution development initiatives approved by Leadership.Work with teams to commercialize solutions developed by the Innovation team.Product manage new solutions for a limited period of time after launch.Act as a subject matter expert on certain health care topics and support/lead client team projects where appropriate.Work with others to create and maintain an up to date expansive repository of vendor profiles of health care point solutions.Client Facing Job Responsibilities: 20-30% of timeClient lead or second chair on at least 3 innovative clients with $500,000 or more ongoing revenue.Responsible for bringing innovative ideas and solutions to strategy discussions and lead complex projects on behalf of the client team.Individual and team responsibility and accountability for client service delivery, satisfaction, retention and growth. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 8 plus years of client facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage/consulting experience in the Health & Benefits discipline, with a strong emphasis on health benefits. Strong skills with attention to detail, organization & analytics (quantitative & qualitative)Keen financial management experience, including advanced proficiency in Excel & online toolsAbility to manage competing demands, client expectations & work flowsSuperior oral and written communications skillsCollaborative approach to working with othersClient-focus, team-orientation, enthusiasm, energy, creativity, willingness to go above and beyondEthical behavior that adheres to professional standards and ethics, and demonstrates the highest level of integrity and honesty in all interactionsAwareness of cultural differences within Aon and with clientsTrack record of building strong internal teams, mentoring/coaching colleagues and partnering with consultants and subject matter experts within Health Solutions and other lines of business within Aon.Flexibility to travel up to 10%-20% depending on responsibilities.
