As a Business Analyst I, you will collaborate with multiple global functions to research technical, software development and business challenges and analyze processes and data to confidently make — and defend — business decisions. You should be extremely comfortable with data.
In this role you will assist in improving the operating performance of the CIO office and the Global Product and Technology (GPT) team, contributing in a number of areas:
Work with budget owners to identify opportunities to optimize spending on computer hardware and software, business services and subcontractors.
Improve the performance of LIvePerson’s technical partners by more effectively utilizing systems and streamlining processes around recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding.
Enhance processes to cost effectively meet the needs of the LivePerson remote workforce.
Manage subcontractor relationships to help ensure the technical product roadmap is achieved and that individual subcontractors have the tools necessary to succeed in their roles.
Develop, execute and maintain vendor performance metrics, including insightful assessments of CSAT and Vendor performance.
Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Assist legal, purchasing and finance in negotiating contracts.
Your qualifications:
1 years experience analyzing a wide range of business challenges, developing road maps to achieve those challenges and working in a team to execute those plans in a timely manner.
Ability to work smart and fast with a genuine customer-first, day-1 mindset.
Proficient Excel/Sheets skills; experience working with relational databases and pivot tables; e
xperience with data visualization tools is a plus;
analytical thinker.
Ability to translate business vision into clear, concise white papers and also into measurable data outputs.
Clear understanding of the fundamentals of finance, accounting and statistics or engineering principles and business operations.
Strong written communication skills; we emphasize writing and narratives are how we communicate strategy and tactics to executives, partners and stakeholders.
Ability to work backwards from the customer and delivering innovative, simple solutions.
Ability to communicate with leaders across the company and build an understanding with them of your team’s role, accomplishments, and requirements for success.
Knowledge of SDLC, AI, Bots & Automation a plus.
B..S. degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Engineering; MBA a plus.
