In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and interact regularly with the broader leadership team. You’ll also serve as a key contact for all external communication of the company’s financial performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to the investment community. Sound like a dream gig? What you’ll do:
Develop and implement a proactive and comprehensive investor relations strategy in partnership with senior leadership to communicate the company strategy to investors, research analysts, and other stakeholders
Serve as the primary day-to-day interface for investors and analysts to communicate financial and operational performance
Prepare the leadership team for investor meetings, road shows, earnings calls, conferences, and Q&A sessions
Lead the quarterly earnings process, including drafting the press release and shareholder communications, formulating quarterly guidance, and preparing other public disclosures
Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory disclosure requirements; work with the Finance and Legal teams to assist in the preparation of SEC filings
Lead the direction, execution, and creation of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s IR function
Develop, execute, and maintain a multi-year investor relations plan that supports the company strategy and strengthens our external stakeholders’ understanding of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s history and future
Depending on level of experience and expertise, the role may involve assisting with other activities including corporate development or FP&A
Who you are:
Backed by 15 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Equity Research, Investor Relations or FP&A
Equipped with a strong understanding of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors, as well as best practices for target setting
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and build relationships with investors and analysts
Someone with experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment
Positive, people-oriented, collaborative, and energetic
Impeccably analytical and able to identify key value drivers in businesses
Extremely knowledgeable about SEC laws and regulations, as well as filing requirements
