We are seeking an Analyst to join our Project Management Team.
Responsibilities
Support a centralized project management team that services various business and development teams and projects. The projects range from revenue-generating client-facing initiatives to internal enhancements.
Perform critical project management tasks promptly with limited oversight. These activities may include the following:
Support project governance, routines, and structure
Establish project plans and timelines.
Create project tools and accelerators to foster accelerated delivery (dashboards, re-usable templates, playbooks, etc.)
Perform bi-weekly executive-level progress reporting.
Be at the forefront of using available technology to improve efficiencies across the end-to-end project management lifecycle.
Leverage existing project management standardized processes to be used for effective project delivery.
Analyze project metrics to identify challenges and areas for operational improvement.
Participate in relevant project management training courses as prescribed by the firm and your manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, preferred
2 years of relevant experience; project management experience preferred
A highly motivated and ambitious individual that is entrepreneurial in nature
Jira / Confluence power user
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to build and cultivate long-standing working relationships
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skills

Quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable to others
Deliver high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail
Work as part of a team and bring a startup personality.
