Here is the detailed job description for the position.
This position is required to support the Financial Reporting, Analysis and Planning (FRAP) area within the Corporate Finance Technology Support Team, which supports 92 Production assets. This position is needed to support critical applications primarily using the AWS Platform (ACE, DCFO, FRAS), as well as SaaS/PaaS applications (Anaplan, Apptio, Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service, Workiva).
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred

Professional Certifications:
AWS Cloud Practitioner preferred
Production Support Experience:
7 Plus years in a 24/7 production support environment
4 years in a 24/7 AWS based production support environment
(not cumulative)
Working Hours:
Must be able to occasionally shift working hours to late afternoon to night shift, instead of core business hours
Must be able to occasionally work weekends
When primary on call, must be able to respond to an INC page within 15 mins, and be online within 60 mins of a page to begin triage

Soft Skills:
Should display an ability to go thru error logs, and discover the issue and propose solutions
Ability to conform to the Fannie Mae administrative standards paperwork
Be able to handle multiple tasks during high volume days
Multi Team engagement must be able to communicate with more technical L3/Dev teams, as well as our business partners
