Transactional Banking Partner
Seeking an experienced Transactional Banking Partner
who is looking for the opportunity to lead. The right candidate will be comfortable working with clients on complex banking transactions. The firm culture is one of the best in the bluegrass and looking for a partner that is deeply involved in the community. Applicants must have 7 years of experience working on, but not limited to the following: Credit, Commercial loans, Electronic Fund transfer, Insurance, Subordination of debt, etc.
Minimum Qualifications of the Civil Litigation Attorney
7 years of successful experience in Transactional Banking
Experience with Credit, Commercial loans, Electronic Fund transfer, Insurance, Subordination of debt, etc.
Book of Business preferred, but not required
Outstanding writing ability (samples requested)
Strong ties to the local community and affiliated organizations
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in KY
Ready to interview
Vaccine and Booster are required
