It all begins with you.u00a0About this role:At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Merchant Services provides businesses across the U.S. with a range of payment processing capabilities with in-person, online and on-the-go options.u00a0 The Merchant Services Growth Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Content Development Manager (Lead Marketing Consultant) to be a mission critical member of the team.u00a0This person will take a leadership position in developing Merchant Services content and communications across key webpages on WellsFargo.com, in support of our sales teams and for critical acquisition initiatives including social posts, articles and more.u00a0Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:nBuild out an annual content marketing plan, which includes defining strategic priorities, developing key initiatives, establishing KPIs and socializing plans with senior leadership.nWork with the website marketing leader to develop, assess and evolve our Merchant Services content focused on promoting our products and services and enticing small and medium-sized businesses to take the next step in opening an account.nDevelop marketing communications in support of our Merchant Services sales teams including pitch decks, prospect-focused emails, promotional fliers, videos and more.nPartner with content development leads across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s small business organization (Deposits Credit Cards Loans) in development of content (articles, blog content, etc.) that promotes **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. at the segment level and across multiple product lines.u00a0nDevelop event marketing communication materials for key tradeshows the sales team attends.u00a0nOwn and manage legal disclaimer library to ensure the marketing organization is leveraging the most up-to-date legal language across all customer-facing communications.nMaintain email templates and tool for our sales team to ensure they have the needed communications to effectively engage with and move prospective customers through their purchase journey.nEnsure our content-based initiatives have a measurement plan, so we can effectively understand the Return on Investment, determine where we should optimize our content and assess if there are initiatives we should stop.u00a0nServe as subject matter expert on content development, which includes knowing best practices, adhering to brand guidelines, understanding creative development and approval processes within the Merchant Services organization.nRequired Qualifications:5 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:nAbility to author compelling, customer-centric marketing communications.nExperience developing communications on behalf of B2B sales teams including emails, pitch decks, etc.nStrong skills in reviewing and editing communications.nPrevious experience developing content within financial services or other highly-regulated industry.nSolid understanding of website content development process and ability to work with technical and non-technical partners.nSolid analytical skills with ability to assess data and extract key insights.nAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills.nExperience communicating and presenting to multiple levels of the organization.nMarketing experience within financial services industry, or other highly regulated industry.nPosting Locations:n301 S.
