Job Description:

Pricing Coordinator


Responsible to deliver C1 fuels margin targets as well as volume targets to improve profitability
Engage with key stakeholders providing operational pricing support and reporting
Manage core pricing operation activities and actively monitor and analyze data as well as update systems & data to maintain accurate pricing, site and tactical data
Analyze site and market data to uncover patterns & themes and as well as highlight competitive dynamics to provide recommendations and support strategy and decision making
Collaborate with team and influence tactical pricing solutions to optimize margin delivery as well as devise strategies to improve market position
Provide strategic recommendations from weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (e.g. market share, premium penetration & differentials, rack vs. street price, survey compliance)
Engage and develop relationships with Global colleagues to promote knowledge and best practice sharing
Lead CI initiatives to achieve long-term goals in improving processes & overall market profitability


Skill Set


Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) advanced experience/knowledge required
High degree of self-direction
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Investigative thinking and astute attention to detail while demonstrating ability to think broadly
Proven commercial mindset
Data analytics experience
Strong influencing and coaching skills
Highly organized and able to manage priorities
5 years professional experience; a strong overall understanding of the retail fuels business is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines or requisite business experience
