We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team as the Finance Business Partner to our Chief Product & Engineering Officer.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Lead budgeting and forecasting for R&D, Product Management and Technology Operations, including providing visibility on risks and opportunities and driving cross-functional alignment
Partner with leadership to define and implement management reporting - analyzing financial results and key trends and communicating insights
Develop a deep understanding of cloud costs and cost structures behind our products
Create models to support data-driven decision making - to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives
Build trusted relationships with key business partners
Drive efficiency in our processes and reporting to scale for growth
Manage and develop one financial analyst
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
7 years of experience in Finance (at least 1 year in SaaS)
Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Strong Powerpoint presentation skills
Well organized and goal oriented
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently
Team player with a strong work ethic
Adaptive experience preferred
Cloud infrastructure experience preferred
Ability to inspire and coach team members for career development
