Job Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Procurement department. Primarily responsible for the external procurement, sourcing and contracting of goods and services. Implements department procedures and objectives. Assists in creating and implementing department budget. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert and provides guidance to employees as required.

Core Responsibilities


This role will be a key member of the Sky Supplier Compliance team and will sit in the wider Enterprise Supplier Management function, which is part of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Enterprise Procurement team. Candidates should possess supplier management and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in risk and compliance.

Perform risk and control testing against the Supplier Compliance framework

Track, report and support remediation of Supplier Compliance control gaps from; control testing, audit findings, and incidents.

Create, analyze and report Sky's supplier risk and control position against framework and supplier base not limited to; KPIs, KRIs, aggregate risk and concentration risk

Recommend revisions to the Supplier Compliance framework to enhance efficiencies / internal user experience and tighten the control environment


Employees at all levels are expected to:


12 years' experience in supplier management or supplier risk management for large companies

Minimum 3 years of internal / external auditing or operational risk experience

Knowledge and understanding of supplier risk profiling, country risk assessment and various regulations specific to outsourcing

Knowledge and understanding of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Ariba Supplier Risk, ServiceNow Vendor Risk Manager and ServcieNow Findings Management

Strong data analysis and operational support skills

Strong knowledge of auditing processes/procedures

Ability to communicate effectively to supplier SPOCs and support functions

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent English verbal and written communications skills

Ability to support Western European time zone calls

Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker with superior time management skills

Professional certification, such as, CISA, CIA, CISSP is a plus
