We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Senior Program Manager to drive operational excellence for our newly formed Global Program Management Team. You will help to define the future of how **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. scales and supports its global demand. You will be pivotal in evolving and constructing a cohesive and consistent End-to-End Product Life Cycle process for developing & launching new products & services in addition to incremental product updates. Ensuring that the process is defined, consistent and followed for all products & services launches.
Responsibilities include:
Develop & drive new process initiatives and streamline existing processes to ensure efficiencies at scale.
Define & implement modern tools and methodologies that maximise predictability, agility and velocity.
Provide comprehensive and consistent program visibility to stakeholders, executives and team members via portals, dashboards and metrics.
Implement & manage enterprise PPM and related content management systems.
Manage global products & services programs in concert with cross-functional stakeholders and functional core teams.
Drive planning and execution of deliverables for each program with your cross functional core teams.
Use exceptional communication skills to accurately convey project strategy, program risks & dependencies, manage issues & mitigations that deliver on the overall success of the program.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THIS ROLE:
10 years of a strong, proven track record in one or more of the following disciplines: Program and Project Management / PLC Processes & Governance / New Product Introduction
8 years managing large scale, complex cross-functional global programs in a high-tech environment.
Sound organizational, project management, communication skills and product life cycle knowledge.
Track record of taking end-to-end ownership, solving problems and successfully delivering results and has an unrelenting tenacity to get things done.
Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. In addition, you bring fun to the work environment.
An “urge-to-convert-chaos-to-order” mindset, with a technical background makes you an ideal candidate.
Bachelor's degree in Business, quantitative/technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
