Description
The Senior Professional describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Responsibilities
The Senior Professional uses consultative skills to design, plan and execute policies, processes and projects to drive continuous improvement within the Quality Team. Uses data to identify trends and insights. Supports the technology footprint for the Quality department, including, but not limited to maintenance of Quality systems and data. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines / procedures and drives collaboration both within the Quality team as well as other business partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience
5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
Expertise in SQL and ability to write and modify SQL coding
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Word and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
If located within 50 miles of the Waterside Building at 101 E. Main Street Louisville, KY 40202 you will be required to attend an in-office meeting one day per week.

Remote/Work at Home Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience in SAS or other data systems
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Interview Format
As part of our hiring process, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by Modern Hire, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.
If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
