Senior Associate Consultant, Employee RewardsUnited States Job DescriptionAon is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant to support our growing Employee Rewards advisory practice within the Rewards Solutions business unit. The ideal candidate for this role is a team player with impeccable attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and an excellent sense of humor. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of employee rewards compensation consulting engagements from data analysis to report preparation. This data-intensive role plays a critical part in the overall effective operation of the office by leveraging Aon’s proprietary survey data to conduct high-quality client-tailored analyses and develop strategic recommendations for senior management. You will assist on a vast variety of client requests, providing the opportunity for involvement on client projects of all types (public and private; large and small), exposure to two dynamic and high-growth industries (Life Sciences, Technology, eCommerce, FinTech, etc.), and interaction with senior leadership from day one.  Position ResponsibilitiesComplete job evaluations, perform benchmarking assessments, and design cash and equity solutions Analyze and interpret data and prepare client deliverablesSupport consultants by “owning the data” and fielding questions about figures or methodologyGuide simultaneous projects through multiple interim steps, completing work fully and on schedule Desired Knowledge and Expertise Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to identify problems and solutionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong research, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet tools1 – 3 years’ experience in compensation consulting and/or other relevant human resources experienceBachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, economics, statistics, or another analytical field is requiredTechnology and/or Life Sciences industry experience is preferred   We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
