Investment Consulting Practice Leader – Canada The Investment Consulting Practice Leader (IC Practice Leader) serves as the leader for the Investment Consulting business in Canada. This role reports directly to the Head of Wealth, Canada and is ultimately responsible for the Colleague Experience within the IC business in Canada. In this role, you will be directly responsible for all key IC leaders as well as other senior client leaders in Canada. We are looking for someone who has strong overall leadership and business judgment and will work closely with the Wealth Canada Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Regional Wealth Leaders (RWL) to drive revenue growth. We want you to be accountable for financial success and will be required to lead key relationships in strategic client positions. There will be an opportunity to actively participate in practice leadership sessions to meet Canada Wealth growth, innovation and financial management goals. Responsibilities■ Focusing on Consistent, Efficient and High-Quality Delivery: Meeting revenue growth, profitability, working capital, and utilization targets. Sustaining steady flow of work in the practice. Promoting the appropriate use of best practices and ensures the team meets all compliance and process related activities and requirements,■ Investing in Client Relationships and in Prospects: Developing strategies to grow revenue, strengthen relationships, and improve client satisfaction. Works with Wealth Canada CCO and RWLs to drive sales and the executive of the Local Market Plans in Canada, passionate about Investment Consulting solutions, but also includes growing work for other Wealth and Aon solutions. The IC Practice Leader will play a strategic lead role for several key clients and may also serve as the Executive Sponsor for key clients and prospects.■ Developing Innovative New Solutions & Invest in Current Solutions; and Create Industry-Leading Thought Leadership: Practice and innovation strategy is developed nationally. The IC Practice Leader is responsible for sustaining a culture of innovation and thought leadership, completing our strategy, introducing new solutions to the market, sharing ideas, and providing feedback,■ Devoting Time to Grow Market-Leading Talent: Leads Investment Consulting colleagues in Canada. Monitors, cultivates, engages, and develops talent. Develops Engaging Leader and Inclusive behaviours across the team. Encourages an environment of collaboration across Wealth Solutions and Aon. Sources or identifies top and diverse talent across the industry to strengthen our talent pool.
