The Go-to-Market Financial Planning and Analysis (GTM FP&A) team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is responsible for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s revenue planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. The work that the GTM FP&A team leads is crucial and a key part of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. achieving its growth objectives. The team leads cross-functional efforts on our revenue and resourcing plan and brings insights to performance improvement throughout the year.
The Director, GTM Finance will lead our GTM FP&A team and report directly to the VP, FP&A. This is a highly visible role which will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive success in revenue planning and execution.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and proactive, with a strong executive presence to influence and work cross-functionally, and comfortable with operational details and results-driven approach with extensive people management and team building experience.

What will I be doing? 🚀
Drive cross-functional alignment in GTM strategy across Finance, Sales and Marketing in close collaboration with the CFO and CRO.
Own revenue forecasting across product-led and sales-led channels.
Lead GTM headcount and expense budgeting including marketing program spend, sales capacity modeling and commissions modeling.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to formulate and track leading and lagging indicators that bring insight to drive healthy revenue performance.
Provide Executive and Board reporting on revenue performance.
Measure GTM productivity and efficiency metrics and partner with sales and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
Continually mature GTM FP&A data and processes to improve reporting quality and forecasting accuracy.
What skills do I need? 📖
12 years of relevant experience in GTM FP&A, revenue operations, sales operations, and/or strategy consulting roles including several years as a manager of senior leaders.
Annual planning experience, preferably at a high-tech or enterprise software company.
Comfortable working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives.
Experience analyzing marketing, sales, and customer data.
Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy.
Highly adept in Excel / Google Sheets. SQL knowledge is a big plus.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $214,000-$290,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
