It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.   Responsibilities:  Business Finance Analyst is responsible for the following activities to support the Office of the CFO in the delivery of the Aon Asia strategy:Preparing reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisProvide insights, results commentary, variance analysis and identify risks to business targetsAnalyse current and past financial data and provide analysis on trendsProvide management reports to senior management and work closely with business as a finance business partnerAnalyse and develop reports on sales and other operational performance MetricesPrepare monthly forecastsWork with business to develop annual budgets and long term commercial plansDeveloping financial models and providing financial forecastsProvide information or analysis on any adhoc requests on reporting or financial analysis Requirements Degree in Finance/ AccountingProfessional accounting qualifications e.g. CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysisStrong understanding of finance conceptsAttention to detail and inquisitive mindsetAdvanced Microsoft Excel, power point and database experienceAbility to analyse large Data setsReporting systems experience e.g. TM1Able to Work under time tight deadlines How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
