Laboratory-Blood Bank Supervisor Job

$5,000 sign on bonus
Provides administrative and technical leadership and maintains twenty-four-hour accountability for Laboratory Services in the Blood Bank. Develops and administers policies and procedures in cooperation with the Laboratory Director to ensure delivery of quality laboratory services in a highly regulated environment (AABB, CAP, TJC, DPH, CMS), and performs critical functions to assist the department in meeting the blood requirements of patients.

Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree in a Science required.
Masters Degree in Specialty preferred
Must be CLIA eligible for High Complexity Testing
SBB (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
