Greenberg Traurig currently has a full-time employment opportunity for an associate to join our Energy & Project Finance team with heavy focus on the development, financing, purchase and sale of wind, solar and other renewable and alternative power projects throughout the US and Latin America.  This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group.  We offer a beautiful working environment, competitive compensation, an excellent benefits package and significant potential for advancement.
Qualifications:
We are seeking an associate with five or more
 years of project finance experience. The candidate
 will have strong experience
 with renewable energy transactions involving financing (e.g., construction loans, tax equity, term loans), acquisitions, dispositions or project documents (e.g., O&M agreements, EPC agreements, supply agreements).
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail- oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.   Successful candidate can work from any one of GT's National offices.
