Job Description
The Virtual Operations Support Specialist I
is a creative guide for client engagement and an entry level position for Client Support Services and Operations career path. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring employees have the necessary resources to maintain and create excellent client experiences. They will work with all client facing employees to assist in finding solutions to complex issues, exploring alternative options, and acting as an escalation point when necessary. The Virtual Operations Support Specialist I also serves to identify the banking team's training needs, as well as resource and tool updates to positively impact the client experience.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will demonstrate expertise with all consumer products, services, policies, and procedures when providing virtual support to the branch staff. You will be asked to provide reporting for special requests.
You'll review and provide approvals for deposits, check cashing, wire transfers, limit increases, and other transactions.
You will provide value by being apprised of and anticipating the clients' needs and delivering concierge-style customer service. Your satisfaction will come from the positive outcomes that you provide as a result of your skillful problem solving and collaborative spirit across various lines of business.
You will escalate situations when appropriate and follow up and follow through with internal and external clients following standardized policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
You will recommend training and policy changes for areas across the Bank that have demonstrated a deficiency.
Your training never stops; you'll continue to learn by being exposed to different financial scenarios and partners across the Bank.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree and 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
